This project helps youth workers and individuals working with the youth in diverse platforms to work at higher capacity either as individuals or in a group.
QUICK FACTS ON
WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE PROJECT
The main objective of this project funded by Erasmus+ is to enable youth workers and leaders to hone their skills and capacities, and to enhance their competence and know-how by means of hands-on learning and non-formal training methods. These individuals are eventually expected to contribute to the capacity building of their institutions.
The project will help youth workers, and those individuals who work with the youth through any platform to boost their capacity to work as an individual or in a group, so that they can promote the activities of their institutions at an international level.
In this scope, these institutions and youth workers will get to expand their professional network, and to enhance their knowledge and practical skills in topics such as non-formal training, leadership, management, media language, voluntary work, international collaboration, fight against discrimination, cultural awareness etc. The project will consist of six major activities and a number of minor activities, including meetings, international training programs and workshops.
