TOG BAZAR Celebrates Its 15th Year with the Theme of 'Solidarity'!

TOG BAZAAR, initiated by the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) to empower university students and support their socially beneficial projects, took place on May 2-3 this year with the theme of 'Solidarity' to create resources for disaster areas!

TOG BAZAAR, organized by the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) with the support of TOG Social Committee members, aims to support volunteer youth from all corners of Turkey who carry out social responsibility projects and draw attention to projects that improve the world. Held for the 15th time on May 2-3, all proceeds from TOG BAZAAR this time went towards TOG's relief efforts following the earthquake disaster on February 6.

Supported by Ariş Pırlanta, Bayer Türkiye, Eti, Fenercioğlu A.ş, Shell, Trendyol, and Yapı Kredi Crystal, the event held at Divan Kuruçeşme attracts around 150 brands and thousands of visitors each year. This year, everyone attending the event contributed to TOG's support activities in the earthquake-stricken areas since February 6.

Prominent figures from the business, society, and art worlds, who have been involved in volunteer work or support for disaster-affected individuals, also stepped in front of the camera to support TOG BAZAAR. Pınar Altuğ-Yağmur Atacan, Ebru Kohen, Saffet Emre Tonguç, Dilara Koçak, Siren Ertan, Burcu Erçil, Jale Balcı, Serda Büyükkoyuncu, and Aslı Kuseyrioğlu shared their post-disaster support stories while posing for the camera of the successful photographer Zeynel Abidin Ağgül. Additionally, artist and author Nursel Köse and Author Ali Aksöz met with their fans at TOG BAZAAR for a book signing event for "Gölgedeki Adam".

TOG Volunteer Youth Clearing the Traces of the Disaster

TOG volunteer youth have been supporting relief efforts in Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, and Gaziantep, where aid trucks have been arriving since February 6, by unloading, sorting, packaging, and distributing aid. Additionally, they conduct workshops with children affected by the disaster at two Support Centers opened by TOG in Kahramanmaraş and provide tutoring for university preparatory students. Following the earthquake, TOG supported the urgent needs of the region, including tents, heaters, food, clothing, and hygiene materials. It also established a Disaster Scholarship Fund to contribute to the education of thousands of affected students. TOG aims to empower children, youth, and women affected by the disaster by opening nearly 10 more Support Centers soon.
