FUTURE LEADERS ARE LEARNING PROBLEM-SOLVING WITH McKINSEY!

At the gathering held on November 20, two trainers and eleven staff members from McKinsey & Company met with 23 Community Volunteers and delivered the “Seven-Step Problem-Solving Process” training. Aimed at strengthening young people’s analytical thinking skills, the training offered an intensive learning experience with content focused on problem definition, prioritization techniques, and developing a work plan.

Throughout the training, participants practiced each step of the process hands-on, including forming clear and actionable problem statements, building a problem tree, defining scope, using a prioritization matrix, and preparing an effective work plan. Guided by McKinsey experts, the sessions offered young people new perspectives on generating solutions both individually and within teams.

This collaboration aims to strengthen Community Volunteers’ analytical thinking, strategic planning, and decision-making skills while equipping them with the ability to address problems they may encounter across different disciplines with a more systematic approach.
