Instructor Biography

Personal branding consultant and founder of brandyMe, İrem Sefa Yayımlar began her career in strategic marketing and brand management at corporate companies (Ülker, Sabancı Group, Tesco PLC), where she specialized for over seven years. She then left the corporate world to focus on people-centered work, serving as Project Coordinator and mentor for Entrepreneurship Accelerator Programs in Gaziantep, Urla, and Şile within the InnoCampus Project conducted in partnership with the United Nations.

Continuing her career as the International Department Manager at the London Office of Landmark Worldwide—one of the world’s leading personal development and training companies—she provided performance coaching to hundreds of people across Europe, helping them overcome the barriers they set for themselves.

Discovering that all her experience and knowledge in branding could be used to help individuals reveal their own value, she completed the world’s first certified personal branding training programs created by Personal Branding Guru William Arruda: Certified Personal Branding Strategist, Certified Digital Branding Strategist, and 360Reach Analyst. She became the only personal branding consultant in Türkiye to hold these certifications.

Combining the content, methods, tools, and strategies she gained from these programs with her expertise in brand management and strategic marketing and her international performance coaching experience, she created the brandyMe Personal Branding Model, focusing on women’s personal branding. She now provides personal branding consultancy to women professionals in business life, combining her expertise and her greatest passion—expanding the impact of women leaders. To date, she has worked with more than 1,500 women from over 15 countries. She has also delivered personal branding trainings at major corporate companies such as Meta (Facebook), SAP, Boeing, Akbank, Brisa, and Koton.

Believing that the most powerful way to reveal the unique gift people bring into this world is through personal branding, she founded Türkiye’s first and only Personal Branding Academy to spread the power of personal branding to wider audiences. For the same purpose, the Personal Branding Academy has been organizing Türkiye’s only Personal Branding Summit since 2021, where pioneering entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, NGO leaders, and business professionals share their inspiring personal brand stories, and personal branding experts present their strategies to hundreds of participants each year.

She has also delivered a keynote speech titled "Personal Branding to Break Glass Ceilings" at the World Marketing Summit, the world's largest marketing event hosted by Philip Kotler.
