NATIV x TOG COLLABORATION EMPOWERS YOUNG PEOPLE

Community Volunteer youth are coming together in a new training and mentorship process in collaboration with the Nigar-Ali Tiryakioğlu Foundation (NATİV).

Within the scope of the project, 60 NATİV scholarship recipients will be supported throughout the year in the areas of personal development and well-being through 6 trainings to be held and 3 inspiration gatherings open to all scholarship holders.

During the training process, young people will engage with content covering stress and emotion management, psychological resilience, self-confidence and awareness development, effective communication, teamwork, negotiation and conflict management, and 21st-century competencies. Through online and face-to-face gatherings, it is aimed to create space for young people to get to know themselves, discover their potential, and shape their future plans with stronger steps.

The content of the program was designed based on the results of the “University Students’ Needs Research” conducted in collaboration with TOG and KONDA. The research reveals that 68% of young people need scholarship support, 45% need psychological support, 43% need internship opportunities, and 24% need mentorship support. In line with these data, the project focuses not only on the economic empowerment of young people, but also on their emotional, social, and professional development.
