In November, young Community Volunteers strengthened their project development and teamwork skills by participating in 14 Key Trainings. With this, we reached a total of 571 Community Volunteers across 17 cities through 30 Key Trainings held throughout 2025. These trainings, which enhance the capacities of young people across Türkiye, continue to pave the way for new local projects.
The Key Trainings held in November brought together young people in Ankara, Bursa, Istanbul, Diyarbakır, Sakarya, Yalova, Konya, İzmir, Eskişehir, Muğla and Çanakkale, offering comprehensive content on topics such as the principles of volunteering, project cycle, teamwork, and resource development.
Following the trainings, young participants shared that they gained valuable insights to put what they learned into practice within their local communities. One young participant summarized their experience as follows:
“I will now pay attention to even the smallest details when it comes to teamwork and resource management. I now understand much better why every step matters when planning a project. I believe I can create stronger local projects with this knowledge.”
With the 15 trainings held in November, young people gained valuable competencies in areas such as project development, teamwork, resource management, and solution-oriented planning, preparing them for the projects they will implement locally.
