The SENGEL project is an initiative led by the Balıkesir University Community Volunteers Club, aiming to facilitate the social inclusion of individuals with special needs and raise awareness about them in society. Targeting individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and various other special needs, the project provides support through a range of activities and events. These include participation in wheelchair basketball games, visits to rehabilitation centers, interactive games with children with special needs, and awareness seminars. The project is carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports' Youth Center, the Balıkesir Provincial Directorate of National Education, and other local institutions.
