"Glow with Your Steps" Inspiration Gathering Took Place!

In collaboration with Estée Lauder, we organized an Inspiration Gathering as part of the Glow with Your Steps: Development Program for Young Women. Young participants from 10 different TOG communities came together for this inspiring event.

The gathering featured insightful discussions with Nazlı Altıpat (General Manager, Estée Lauder Companies), Burcu Ünvan (Supply Chain Manager), and Betül Selcen Özer (General Manager, Support Foundation for Civil Society). The conversation focused on gender equality in the workplace, breaking glass ceilings, overcoming challenges, and pursuing dreams.

Young participants had the chance to gain inspiration from women leaders and find answers to their questions.
