Purpose of Education

It aims to help young people determine their career goals, create professional development strategies and cope with the challenges they may encounter in the business world. Participants will learn how to plan their careers, develop goal setting and decision-making skills by having one-on-one conversations with experienced mentors. At the end of the session, participants will realize their own strengths and create a concrete roadmap for their careers.
