Purpose of Education:

The aim of this workshop is to create a safe and creative space where young people can express themselves freely. The aim is to experience staying in the moment, listening, reacting, producing together and not being afraid to make mistakes through drama and improvisation. The aim is not to produce a stage play; but to enjoy being together “in the moment”, thinking and sharing while having fun.


 

Content of Training:

Part 1: Warm Up – Meet – Trust (35 min)

Establishing group dynamics, reducing shyness, initiating movement and communication.

  • Super Powerful Dating Game
  • Name-Motion Chain
  • Mirror Game (paired and group)
  • Sculpture Garden: Emotional Freezes
  • Story Walk + Mini Role with Cards

Part 2: Feel – Express – Notice (55 min)

Supporting empathy, emotional awareness, internal and external expression.

  • Emotion Wheel – Task Emotion Mini Scenes
  • Inner Voice & Outer Body Stage
  • If I Were Cards – Role Playing Workshop
  • Emoji-Mimic Silent Game

Part 3: Create – Play – Share (70 min)

Creating space for creativity, co-production and improvisation

  • Mysterious Object – Mini Group Stage
  • Secret Role Playing in a Common Place (Restaurant, Picnic, Ferry, etc.)
  • Improvisational Story Chain + Body Transfer
  • Storytelling with Rhythm (clap hands, footsteps, sound effects)
  • Group Improvisation Game: “One Begins, the Other Finishes”

Closing: Reflection Circle + “My Slogan” Game (20 min)

  • Everyone emerges from this day with some emotion or learning.
  • “A word that describes today” + “A slogan for today” sharing.
  • Support from the group with applause or gesture.
  • Those who wish can write their slogans on paper and hang them on the wall. (exhibition effect)
