Purpose of Education:
The “My Life Theatre” workshop aims for young people to express themselves in creative ways and gain visibility on stage. Body, emotion and story awareness are developed through theatre, improvisation and drama techniques. They both feed off their own lives and try to look at the experiences of others from the stage. The workshop supports empathy, co-production and a self-confident stance within the community.

Individual Exercise: “A Scene from My Life”
Group Game: “Freeze the Scene”
Improvisation: “And Then What Happened?”

Group Work: “My Life is Theatre”
Sharing Circle: “I Met Myself on Stage”
