Training Objective

The aim of this training is to introduce the design thinking approach in creative problem-solving processes and enable participants to apply this approach to challenges in both business and daily life. By learning key design stages such as user-centered solution development, empathy building, prototyping, and testing, they will gain the ability to produce innovative solutions.

Importance of the Training

This training provides a perspective on innovation and creative problem-solving processes. This approach not only allows participants to generate innovative and effective solutions for business challenges but also for everyday problems. Learning user-centered thinking, developing empathy, and adopting a solution-oriented mindset will help participants think more creatively, flexibly, and strategically. This training is also crucial for improving business processes, enhancing customer experience, and developing sustainable solutions. Design Thinking equips participants with skills that will help them stand out in the modern business world and become strong leaders in problem-solving.

Instructor: Büşranur Teknik Özdemir

About the Instructor

Büşranur Teknik Özdemir graduated from the International Relations department at Ankara University and Sciences Po Lyon. She completed her master's degree in Human Rights Law at Istanbul Bilgi University, writing her thesis on urban participation. She has gained experience in various fields, first as a volunteer and then professionally, in both Turkey and abroad for nearly 9 years in civil society organizations and managing international projects. Since 2019, she has been working on strategy and business development for impact-driven initiatives and took on the role of coordinator and founder of the Social Innovation Laboratory at a social entrepreneurship center. In her projects, she provides coaching for change and business development mentorship. While continuing to deliver workshops and training, she works as the Entrepreneurship Programs Leader at İmece. She is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations at Bahçeşehir University. She is accredited as a Change Management Professional by Prosci and provides consultancy for change projects in corporate capacity development.
