Purpose of the Training:
To create a safe and free space for participants to develop their emotional expression skills through music, explore their inner worlds and express themselves in creative ways.
Content of Training:
- Meeting in the circle and breathing exercise
- Sound production and sound awareness work in the circle
- Distribution of paper and pencils to participants
- Opening music simultaneously from 2-3 different points
- Free and undirected drawing exercise accompanied by music
- Naming drawings and the process of sharing individual emotions
- Completing the activity with voluntary sharing within the group

- Gaining personal insight and encouraging creative thinking
- Developing an environment of empathy, sharing and understanding within the group

3. WORKSHOP NAME: EXPRESSIVE COLLECTIVE PERFORMANCE Purpose of Training: The aim is for the participants to experience community art by developing a collective and creative form of expression using a common material; to be involved in improvisation, observation, imitation and creation processes in a safe, free and participatory environment.
Content of Training:
- Dating Circle
- Musical activity for breathing exercises and warming up
- Each participant was given a newspaper and placed in a circle.
- Placing a pile of newspapers in the middle
- Participants freely switch between observer, mover, or imitator roles throughout the activity.
- Participants create a collective performance with sound, movement and interaction according to their role descriptions.
- The rules are determined by the group (no touching, no talking, etc.)
- The performance ends naturally within the group dynamics.
- A short reflection and evaluation chat after the event

- Participants experience the freedom to participate, relax and contribute according to their own rhythm.
