Purpose of Training:
In this workshop, we look at emotions more closely with young people, recognize our vulnerabilities, and discover ways to cope with difficult emotions. We do this through play, improvisation, lots of laughter, and insight.
Content of Training:
1. Emotions Bus
We get on an imaginary bus together. Each seat represents an emotion. Participants join the bus by embracing that emotion. It is both fun and thought-provoking.
2. Resilience Chain
Teams face crisis scenarios. The goal: To create an emotional resilience chain to overcome this situation. Each link in the chain is an emotion, an action. Then it all comes to life on stage.
3. Inner Voice Theater
What is whispered in our ear in those difficult moments? The inner voice comes to life on stage. The participants both play and direct. We look together at which voice supports us and which one pulls us down.
4. Emotion Stop
At the end, everyone chooses an emotion card and shares why they experienced that emotion in the workshop. We listen silently and applaud inwardly.

- Experiences noticing and expressing their emotions,
- Gain practical tools to deal with stressful situations,
- Strengthens empathy and communication skills,
- He recognizes his inner voice and tries to transform it,
- Increases individual resilience against difficulties.
